It’s always satisfying when we hear about a past wedding couple starting their family. It’s even more satisfying when they call us to be a part of it.  Angie and Tim were one of our gracious 2010 Carillon Weddings® couples, and they took Pastor Harry up on the offer he gives every couple during their ceremony to come back and have their precious baby Ruby baptized at the Carillon Meeting House.  We have been impatiently looking forward to this day since Angie contacted us back in February to see if we could come take photos of the ceremony and their family.  We were so happy we got to be a part of this special occasion.

Wedding season kicked off with a bang recently at Carillon. Emily and Luke had some great plans in mind with this wedding and it was perfection.  Black & White was the theme with everything from table linens to custom pillow covers for the fire pit complete with s’mores.  The pineapple themed “Webbertini” was a big hit thanks to our friends at Townsend Catering. Instead of a sign-in book, they took a photo of themselves and turned it into a puzzle, having each guest sign the back of one of the many pieces. Luke’s rock & roll side made an appearance too thanks to that awesome guitar Emily surprised him with as a wedding gift.  Confections on the Coast also came through with an AC/DC groom’s cake that showcased every album by the group. It was quite the party as this crowd knew how to boogie to the Mr. Big Band. Let me give a plug to Kyle LaMonica for his amazing talent singing at the ceremony and reception.  If you are looking for a musician, he is a super talented one man show and a nice guy too! It was another great event thanks to all of the effort by our favorite Carillon vendors. Our thanks to Emily and Luke for having us and being such a nice couple too.  We had a really great time!

One of our favorite Fall weddings was at Carillon Beach with Jaclyn & Jerry.  The weather could not have been much for perfect for this grand event in the Meeting House with reception following on the tented lawn. Christina with Nouveau did another amazing job with the bright florals and drapes inside the tent for an elegant almost ballroom feel to the wedding.  There were to many guests to fit inside the meeting house, so chairs were added on the outside decks and the french doors were opened to make the ceremony a beautiful indoor/outdoor wedding.  I’m just going to let the rest of the photos speak for themselves.

With Rae being 8 months pregnant, we enlisted the help of the fantastic Mary Beth Tyson Photography and the up and coming Michael Newman photography to help us with this wedding.  They got some great shots as well that I will be pointing out.  Let’s just say that with four photographers, this wedding was covered from head to toe. One of the Great shots Michael took…..Mary Beth found a strategic spot in the front of the Meeting House, and these next two shots are hers…She got one of my favorite shots of the day below….Rae was across from Mary Beth and caught both moms having a good time too..And Wes was in the back…  See? It was covered hahaAn amazing Fall sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.  Don’t let the warm tone fool ya though. It was COLD for this shot. Another shot Mary Beth got of Jaclyn & her father.  Love….This photo speaks to me…I love classic cars, and this 1966? Thunderbird getaway car could not have been more perfect…

Ginny & Brad, our 1/1/10 couple is featured on the SW Blog today!  Be sure to check it out!

Christina and Dan were married recently at the beautiful Carillon Meeting House followed by a lakeside reception on the Lawn. We knew these two and their group of friends were going to have a good time! They did not disappoint us and they got a little more crazy as the night went on. The day was very relaxed despite the sweltering heat and everything was absolutely perfect. Of course, the lineup of amazing vendors made the entire event flawless. Oh, how we love a Carillon Wedding!!!

We have been waiting for this wedding for many months.  We knew from the Minute we met Michelle that we were all a perfect fit for each other (thanks Billy). She has a wedding BLOG that I have been following so I knew the wedding would have amazing details.  But, WOW!  The people inlvolved were even more amazing than the details.  The vendors, the families, the wedding party, the party animals guests….all awesome.  Be sure to look at Michelle’s blog and read her story of how she found us and why she decided to hire us.

Anyway, Michelle and Adam were married on the beach on the property of the Bay Point Marriott in Panama City Beach, FL.  The gorgeous reception was set up on the terrace near the main hotel.  This wedding has SOOO many details I just don’t think I can fit them in one post.  And, special thanks to Dede Edwards for helping us get people together and for bossing people around and for 3rd shooting and everything!

Hello gorgeous dress!

Michelle’s sister-in-law who is a floral designer in Hawaii designed Michelle’s bouquet for that personal touch. Isn’t it beautiful?  See those green, leafy, folded things?  (sorry I don’t know their name) Michelle’s mom grew those in her yard!
This is Michelle’s well used prayer book. Her Faith is very important to her.

This is such a cute story! Adam gave Michelle a bear in a beautifully wrapped box on their first Christmas together. It took her about 4 hours to notice that the bear was wearing earrings. It has been a family joke since then and Michelle still has the bear AND the box it came in. While getting ready, Michelle was given the same box and she pulled out the same bear. The bear was holding a jewelry pouch and Michelle was a little baffled when it was empty. Funny enough, it took her at almost a minute to realize the bear was once again wearing earrings! They came from Michelle’s favorite jewelry store Pensacola, Susan Campbell Jewelry.   She wore the new ones and the ones she got for that first Christmas!

I love this garter shot…..

What’s an overheated bride to do? Get a bridesmaid to fan her with paper plates of course!  Katie was such a great helper….and quite entertaining too!

Michelle made all of the beaded foot jewelry too. Her talents are amazing!

Something a little different….

We had to send Michelle away to make room for Adam….
You would just have to know them for this one…
It was a beautiful private beach for the ceremony….

Here we go……

They had to walk through a restaurant on the boardwalk after the ceremony and I think the patrons were more than excited…..

Part two to come over the weekend!  We are completely overwhelmed with how many images we have!
